winner of the artistic animation competition, only a few proposals were ultimately integrated by the architects: the circulation cores left in raw concrete to remind that these patients are under construction, the development of the lighting concept integrating some poetic aspects, the design of the open library on the 4th floor as well as some indications of layouts in connection with the specific needs of this audience.
